Grouping the PAF presentation with presentations and questions for seated Worldcons is probably not quite as big a deal as long as it's in a separate item, probably not exceeding 1 hour total. The idea of bracketing the dinner break has come up as well, but I think we're better off putting things in two separate days. I'd really like to find a way to keep the Saturday Night Event short enough to end by 10 PM, allowing more time for socializing. Tired and grumpy SMOFs make for an unpleasant atmosphere.
